About this speaker
Michelle Anne Schingler (MDiv, Harvard; MA and BA, the University of Georgia) has an academic background in English and theology. She worked in libraries and as a reviewer before shifting to Foreword Reviews full-time---first as an associate editor in charge of polishing reviews; now, as editor in chief, in charge of selecting books for magazine coverage and editing reviews before they arrive with their customers. Though she should be better about sharing all of the wonderful independent books that move through Foreword's offices with the company's amazing roster of freelance reviewers, she just can't help herself: she still reviews the books that pique her personal interest most in her free time.
